ProactiveHealth was founded in 1998, as a new
preventive healthcare system Lee Clinic in
Scottsdale, Arizona. Their work was part of an effort to understand the various
factors related to good health, and particularly the factors related to the
development of the chronic diseases of aging. The receptiveness of
patients to a comprehensive, scientific wellness testing program was overwhelmingly
positive. The ProactiveHealth system is based on combining state-of-the-art
medical technology with personal health, family history, and lifestyle
information.
